A to Z Remodeling

Based on your needs and dreams, I create a full conceptual set of plans with a full conceptual interior design. I create 2D/3D visuals and rendering so you’ll be able to see end results before we start working. Creative plans that will meet your budget. I help with the purchase of materials using my discounted pricing.

Interior Design

Imagine if could hire someone to turn and translate your wishes and taste into a perfectly decorated home. I am here to help you create a home fitted to your lifestyle and personality. As an Interior Designers I will help you with any project, large or small. Let me redesign the room of your choice. With your input, I can bring our ideas to life.

I offer a wide range of high-end furniture that can suit your spaces very well. I also manufacture custom furniture for any space you have, especially those spaces where no store seems to have what you really need. So, if you saw it or image it, I can make it real.

How It Works

Initial Consultation

The purpose of this meeting is to establish the scope of the project and to discover your personal style.

This process involves asking a million questions in order to learn more about you, your wants and needs, your loves and hates and your lifestyle. I want to learn what’s meaningful to you; what you want your home to say about you; and how you want your home to feel.

Scope of Work

After establishing the interior design scope of the project and your personal style, I will develop a plan together.

Back in the office, I will write up a proposed Scope of Work. This document will outline a budget for the home interior design project (both for product and design time) based on your goals for the renovation/redesign.

Once we have agreed on a plan and budget, you will sign and return the Scope of Work, and we begin our design process.

The Design Process

First, I develop your initial schematic designs including floor plans and design boards. These will help you visualize the plan.

Through this process, I design your palette which will give you a glimpse of your materials, finishes, and colors, your millwork, custom cabinetry and much more.

Fabric, wood and paint samples, as well as pictures of furniture and sketches of custom items, will be provided.

I will meet to review these initial plans and make revisions. Typically we plan for two rounds of revisions within our estimated time budget.

Executing the Design and Installation

Once you approve the design plan and layout, we move to purchasing, ordering, shipping, receiving and inspecting.

During this phase, I am your project manager.

My team and I oversee and coordinate your process from construction, electrical, plumbing, lighting installation and every other imaginable facet of construction.

We take care of all the big heavy lifting for installation.
